What is your favorite flavor of Biscotti?
When Frank Kepler was a kid, he spent a lot of time with his mom in the kitchen, watching her cook. She always liked making her kids fun birthday cakes and often let them look through her cake decorating books to pick out what kind of cake they wanted for their birthdays. That’s where his interest in baking started.
Later on, she started making gingerbread houses and he always found a way to be involved because it was so much fun.
Frank initially wanted to go to culinary school, but ended up going to Wilkes University where he got a BS in Earth and Environmental Sciences.

We Love biscotti from the Biscotti Mill! They Have lots of unique flavors and each one is delicious. The biscotti are moist but still firm and never too sweet. They go great with coffee, but you can enjoy them by themselves and just savor the taste. If you haven't tried them you're missing out.

It goes without saying that these are truly the best tasting homemade biscottis. Whenever I bring these cookies to my friends and family, they're gone in minutes! From a person with a gluten intolerance, it can often be difficult to find gluten free treats that taste as great as normal ones; however, The Biscotti Mill has exceeded my expectations and has created gluten-free biscotti better than any other cookie I have ever tasted. I could literally eat these things all day if I could!
